The former head of the Shkodër municipality, Bardh Spania, has reacted regarding the visit of Prime Minister Edi Rama to Shkodër, where during the SP Assembly.

In a post on Facebook, Spahia writes that his power in Shkodër has never been with the socialists, but with the gangs.

SP does not win the elections in Shkodër. They are bought by organized crime, which Edi Rama has protected, fed with tenders, given power and declared a strategic investor.

We have already proven with photos and videos, beyond any doubt, that Shkodra is ruled by crime. On the day of the elections, they were the ones who represented the SP and Edi Rama in Shkodër.

Indeed, they are the ones who have the power today, although they do not officially participate in delayed facade inspections, but they have their representatives in the leadership and in the meetings of Edi Rama's state party.

As for the promises for delayed political investments in Shkodër, there is nothing more unmasking for Edi Rama, who for 10 years denied the people of Shkodër several development projects, only because they had not submitted to the prime minister's criminal power.

Whatever he does for Shkodra, he will not be able to cover the criminalization, the cannabisization, the impoverishment, the dramatic depopulation and the political and economic persecution of our city for ten years!

Without his own gangs, without the union of the state with the party and crime, Edi Rama is nobody in Shkodër!
