Local elections, PL: In Kuçovo, on May 14, a terrible crime was committed

The representatives of the opposition coalition "Bashke Fitomje" claim that in the local race of May 14 there were manipulations of votes and vote counts. The General Secretary of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, listed 8 pieces of evidence that, according to him, prove that the local elections on May 14 in Kuçovo were manipulated.

TEDDY BLUSH'S STATEMENT:

"In Kuçovo, on May 14, a terrible state and electoral crime was committed."

"Another irrefutable film evidence, recently made public, proves the shocking fact and the early denunciation of the Freedom Party that the Municipality of Kuçova was robbed by the narco-state and that the candidate of "Renaissance" did not win the elections but stole the mandate .

This video, taken from the security cameras of the Kuçovo Regional Economic and Trade Commission, clearly shows how the criminal machinery of "Rilindja" fills the boxes with ballots coming from abroad and that the counters have not actually read the will of the voters but of the party-state.

The electoral carnage is clearer than ever and this extra proof is enough not only for SPAK and justice to be set in motion but also for the elections in Kučovo not to be accepted.

More blatant evidence than these cannot be required and this electoral crime cannot be closed without Punishment.

Albanian justice must act immediately, as the silence about this proven manipulation in Kuçovo, as in the whole of Albania, makes it responsible and complicit in the election carnage, the worst that the country has ever seen in pluralism.

It is now a fact that every moment of the electoral process in Kučovo has been manipulated, compromised and in flagrant violation of the Electoral Code, the right and freedom of the citizens, to choose honestly and based on their will, the President of next of the Municipality.

Kuçova is today the clearest example of the consumption of all types of electoral crimes, which we are bringing to your attention once again:

1) Së pari, ambjenti i numërimit në Bashkinë e Kuçovës ishte i ndarë në dy dhoma, ku njëra prej tyre nuk survejohej me kamera, ishte e pandriçuar dhe që përmbante shumë materiale të tjera. Në të gjendet edhe sot një derë lidhëse e fshehtë me ambjentet e shkollës përkarshi, e cila nuk u mbyll gjatë procesit të numërimit. Pavarësisht kërkesave të vazhduara të anëtares sonë të KZAZ-së për të mbyllur derën, kjo gjë nuk u pranua nga pjesë tjetër e KZAZ-së;

2) Një tjetër fakt, është njollosja e qëllimshme me bojë vule, e shumë fletëve të votimit për Kryetar Bashkie në kutitë e qytetit, për t’i bërë votat të pavlefshme;

3) Në 2 kuti të qytetit, konkretisht në QV-në nr. 3516 (Vodëz) dhe 3528/1 (Teknikumi), pati mospërputhje vulash sigurie, të konstatuara nga Grupi i Numërimit të Votave dhe të kontestuara nga anëtarja e koalicionit Bashkë Fitojmë në këtë grup numërimi;

4) Kamera e sigurisë (e cila në këto zgjedhje ishte vetëm një, ndryshe nga zgjedhjet e kaluara, ku gjithë ambjenti monitorohej me kamera sigurie) nuk kishte fushëpamje mbi tavolinën 5 të numërimit.

5) Skandaloze ka qenë situata në Lumas, ku personat e paraqitur për të votuar nuk ishin ata që paraqiteshin në kartat e ID. Ky fakt është konstatuar nga komisioneri i “Bashkë Fitojmë” në QV nr. 3417, në fshatin Krekëz, i cili ka mbajtur shënimet përkatëse. Ne kemi verifikuar se shtetasit, karta e të cilëve është paraqitur nga persona të tjerë për votim, ndodhen jashtë territorit të Shqipërisë që prej muajve shkurt dhe mars, fakt i cili është depozituar edhe në kallëzimin tonë në SPAK. Konkretisht, shtetasi me inicialet L.T., i datëlindjes 11.02.1985, është larguar drejt Greqisë në datën 27.02.2023;

6) Fakt skandaloz është ai i votimit në grup, të cilat janë provuar me foto nga vëzhguesit tanë ;

7) Një tjetër fakt është ai i votimit jashtë qendrës së votimit, ç’ka evidentohet me foto. Ky krim zgjedhor ka ndodhur në Qv-në nr. 3527 dhe 3527/1, Kopshti Nr. 3;

8) Një tjetër provë e manipulimit të procesit është vula e Kryetarit të QV-së nr. 3504, në Kozare, e cila nuk ndodhej brenda materialeve të votimit në kuti, por është fshehur nga Kryetari i KZAZ-së në një kuti tjetër, ç’ka është evidentuar edhe me foto. Gjithashtu kjo vulë, ka ardhur me zarf të vulosur nga Ministria e Brendshme, ndërkohë që i vetmi institucion, i ngarkuar me ligj për shpërndarjen e materialeve zgjedhore, është KQZ.
