Tensions in the Parliament, plenary session postponed to Monday

After two interruptions due to tense situations, the Assembly has been adjourned until Monday of next week.

In today's session of the Parliament, there were strong verbal clashes between deputies.

At the center of the debates was the arrest of Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj, but also other issues of the day.

The tension reached its peak when DP MP Flamur Noka tried to throw a water bottle at Socialist MP Taulant Balla. The incident was stopped after the intervention of the Republic Guard, while Spiropali adjourned the session.
