SPAK file / Two penitents of justice unravel the sensational murders of 8 criminal groups, the 'strongmen' declared wanted

The testimonies of two penitents of justice, Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxha from the cell, have revealed the murders and crimes committed by organized criminal groups from 2011 onwards.

Thus, with the decision of the Court against Organized Crime and Corruption, 32 arrest warrants were issued, of which 18 were executed by the police and 14 are still on the run, such as Ervis Martini, Talo Çela, Florenc Çapja and Suel Çela.

Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxha provided important information to the prosecution about many events that had information or were involved. Eight criminal groups accused of murder, kidnapping and fines, etc. have been hit.

Ervis Martinaj, Suel Çela, Florenc Çapja, Erion Alibej are accused of paying large sums of money to assassins to eliminate their opponents, while in their bases there were ammunition and weapons depots, which were confiscated as evidence for further investigation. 

Listed below are some of the strongest evidence of unsolved crimes of the last decade:

* According to the SPAK file, it is suspected that Ervis Martinaj ordered the murder of Endrit Dokles after his release from prison. Nuredin Dumani told investigators that Martinaj offered him 100 thousand euros to kill Dokle, but the latter did not do so.

* The wanted person, Florenc Çapja, has ordered the murder of Sokol Sanxhaktari, the son-in-law of the former mayor of Elbasan, Qazim Sejdini. Sanjaktar is behind bars for the murder of his childhood friend, Florjan Lamçe.

* Ishumëkërkuari Talo Çela ka eliminuar Fatmira Dedën, një vit pasi viktima kërkonte drejtësi për djalin e saj Elvis Deda të cilin ia vranë. Duke mos gjetur autorët Fatmira kërkonte që drejtësia të vihej në vend, por pasi nisi betejën e saj u gjet e vdekur më 14 shtator 2013.  Ervis Deda ishte i përfshirë në rrjetin e trafikut të drogës në vendet perëndimore.

*Vëllai i Talo Çelës, Bujar Çela është vrarë nga Besjan Xhixha dhe një tjetër i shpallur në kërkim.  Vëllai i Talos Çelës, të shumëkërkuarit nga policia, ka mbetur i vrarë në një atentat me armë zjarri mëngjesin e 17 shtatorit 2020. Ngjarja ka ndodhur në fshatin Bradashesh të Elbasanit përpara një lokali. 

*Suel Çela ka urdhëruar vrasjen e administratorit të një shkolle private në Tiranë, biznesmenit Lulzim Masha. Për këtë ngjarje të ndodhur më 18 janar 2022 është vënë në pranga i riu Skerdi Tase.

*Leonard Palushi është një prej të arrestuarve të operacionit të sotëm të SPAK dhe Policisë së Shtetit. Shefi i krimeve në Komisariatin e Lezhës, Palushi është vënë në pranga se ndihmoi një grup kriminal, duke prishur provat e krimit në ekzekutimin e Emiliano Ramazanit. Palushi futi armën tek servisi i babë e birë, duke i vënë pas hekurave të burgut. E gjitha për llogari të një grupi kriminal që operonte në zonë.

* Ardian Uzuni, who is being held in custody for murder, prepares a plan to kill Filip Gjeloshi, an exponent of crime, who is also known as the "strongman" of Tropoja. Uzuni has previously been convicted as a suspect for "Premeditated Murder" of citizen Edmond Cakmashi committed in collaboration, remaining in the attempt.

* The lawyer with the initials AB, known as the criminal gang lawyer is also part of the list of names being sought by the SPAK. It is learned that this lawyer paid Elio Bitri and Nuredin Dumani to beat his ex-wife and burn her car.
