SPAK has officially launched investigations against the former deputy prime minister, Arben Ahmetaj, as being involved in the incinerator affair.
According to SPAK, Ahmetaj is also involved in the criminal proceedings related to the Elbasan incinerator. In response to Fax News, SPAK says that it is reviewing and analyzing all of Ahmetaj's actions regarding the concession procedure that was granted at the time he held the position of minister of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship.
