A road accident was registered at noon today on the Fier-Lushnje highway, near the area known as "Driver's Rest".
The incident involves a motorcyclist who was first hit by a vehicle and then lost his balance, ending up colliding with the side of a bus.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the motorbike suffered injuries and was treated at the scene by the ambulance medical staff.
It is reported that the motorcyclist was not wearing a protective helmet, which made his fall on the asphalt more dangerous.
