The State Police has confirmed the arrest in Spain of the 47-year-old from Vlora, Leonard Luzi, who also bears the surnames Zejno and Sejno, as he is otherwise known by nicknames such as "Nard Çami" or "Daku".

The 47-year-old is accused of having organized the murder of EM and IH citizens on 08.08.2023, in collaboration with others. This crime was prevented by the Police, after the citizen AN was arrested, who is suspected of being paid by the citizen LL, to commit the murders. At the time of the arrest, the AN citizen was seized with a pistol with a cartridge in the magazine, ready to fire.

Cooperation continues to finalize the extradition of the LL citizen to Albania.
