Journalist Artan Hoxha commented on Interior Minister Taulant Balla's order for police officers regarding the use of Ecrochat and SKY ECC applications. 

Invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, Hoxha said that such an order is not supported by law and there is no way to prove whether someone used it or not.

"Where is it sanctioned in the law that the use of Ecrochat and SKY EÇ is a criminal offense? And those who use Signal and Telegram, what will you do? I have reported this to the British media. Why today a state official says to me: Do you have Signal or Telegram? How will you prove that such and such a policeman used SKY, while SKY does not have a server?
