After 9 years, the remains of the missing Albanian woman were found in Spain

The remains of Albanian Sibora Gagani, missing since 2014 in Spain, when she was 22 years old, have been found after 9 years.

The Spanish National Police found Gagan's body in the apartment she shared with her partner, Marco Romeo. The latter was arrested at the end of May, for the murder of another girl, Paula, his former partner.

The search for Sibora Gagan resumed after the arrest of Romeo.

He confessed that he had killed and buried Sibora Gagan after seeing a photo of him on a notice board at the police station, while declaring that he had used acid to destroy the body.

Agents have found Gagan's remains in a garbage bag behind a wall of her apartment in Torremolinos, where she lived with the arrested until a few days before the disappearance.
