Hyn sot në fuqi harta e re gjyqësore, ‘shkrihen’ Gjykatat

Nga sot hyn në fuqi harta e re gjyqësore e miratuar vitin e kaluar, mes debatesh dhe kundërshtimesh.

Këshilli i Lartë Gjyqësore iu ka dërguar vendim të formës së prerë Gjykatave të Apelit në rrethe që duke nisur nga sot të mbyllen dhe të funksionojë vetëm një Gjykatë Apeli në Tiranë.

Gjykatat e Apelit në Shkodër, Vlorë, Durrës, Korçë dhe Gjirokastër do të shkrihen dhe mbetet hapur vetëm një zyrë informacioni për qytetarët. Gjykatat e Apelit në rrethe do të shërbejnë vetëm për procedurat administrative.

13 Gjykatat e Shkallës së Parë do të mbyllen më 1 maj.
