The General Prosecutor's Office has said that it will not send experts to the commission.

"The General Prosecutor's Office has expressed its willingness to cooperate with the Special Parliamentary Commission "For Deepening the Reforms for Good Governance, Rule of Law and Anticorruption for Albania 2030 in the European Union" for any issue of a technical nature related to the constitutional and legal framework within which the prosecution and the justice system work.

The Prosecutor's Office will not participate with experts as part of the committee's working subgroup, but has notified the committee of the appointment of contact points of the institution according to the relevant areas of expertise, who will cooperate with the committee in the form of giving opinions on the products of the latter's work in all cases that will be requested of him" , states the reaction of the General Prosecutor's Office.
