They asked for a change in the security measure, GJKKO's appeal leaves Beqaj and 6 others in prison
The appeal of GJKKO has left in force the security measures for the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, and the other 6 accused for abusing SASPAC funds.
Beqaj and the other accused have requested replacement of security measures, a request which has not been accepted by the black squads.
The former minister has offered a 5 million ALL property guarantee for a more lenient measure.
The current measures for the 7 accused are:

2- Ermal Kurtulaj – EUSAIR project coordinator
House arrest:
3- Gazmend Haxhia – Owner of 'Landëays International' –
4- Elton Marini – Manager of footballers - partner of the private company
5- Alfred Nikolaj – the Administrative Director of 'Landëays International'

7- Bjona Zijaj – financial consultant
