According to the police report, 4 youths kidnapped a 15-year-old boy and then raped him. 

Police notification: 

As a result of the immediate intervention, after the announcement that a 15-year-old boy had been taken by force, the police released the 15-year-old boy and arrested the 4 suspected perpetrators. 2 of the perpetrators are arrested and the other 2 are prosecuted, who, in cooperation with each other, forcibly took the 15-year-old in the vehicle and hit him with hard objects, for weak motives.

The vehicle, 1 fist enhancer and 1 wooden stick are seized. The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Plazh Police Station, after receiving the notification that a 15-year-old was taken by force by some citizens, immediately organized the work within the coded operation "Case", to find the 15-year-old and capture him. of the authors. As a result of the immediate intervention after receiving the notification, the Police services located the vehicle with which 4 citizens had taken the 15-year-old, against his will, and intervened to free the minor.


From the investigative actions, it is suspected that yesterday afternoon, in neighborhood no. 13, Durrës, citizens DS, D. Xh., KS and ES, forcibly took the 15-year-old in the vehicle and hit him with hard objects, for weak motives. Following the procedural actions for this case, the citizens DS, 21 years old and D. Xh., 16 years old, were detained, and the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the citizens KS, 25 years old and ES, 16 years old. resident in Durrës.

As material evidence, the "Fiat" type vehicle used for this case, a fist amplifier and a wooden stick were seized. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further actions.
