Tomorrow the clock changes, the hands go forward 60 minutes

The clocks will move forward 60 minutes on March 26. Tomorrow we will sleep an hour less, because at 02:00 on Sunday morning, the hands of the clock will be pushed forward 1 hour, marking 03:00.

This means that we will sleep one hour less, but we will have one more hour of light. This change occurs in the last week of March and lasts until the last week of October.

Changing the hands is a unified process throughout Europe.

Changes are made on the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October. The purpose of changing the clock is to save electricity and use sunlight. After the vernal equinox, the day begins to lengthen and reaches its peak on June 22, with 15 hours of daylight and only 9 hours of night.
