GJKKO has sentenced the former mayor of Lushnja, Fatos Tushe, to 2 years of probation.
The Special Prosecutor's Office asked for 17 months in prison for Tushe. The former mayor of Lushnja did not declare an apartment on the coast.
The former socialist mayor was sentenced in July 2022 to 2 years and 4 months in prison for malfeasance by the Special Court of the First Instance, only for malfeasance, while the crime of violating equality in tenders fell, while SPAK demanded his punishment with 5 years.
