For the first time, Harvard University students will learn Albanian

Harvard University students will have the opportunity to choose the Albanian language as an elective subject to study.

The news was given by Faton Limani, administrator at the Department of Comparative Literature at Harvard, reports the newspaper Diaspora Shqiptare . The Albanian language course will be offered at three levels: basic knowledge, basic and advanced level throughout the year.

"Today I have the pleasure to share with you a very happy news regarding our Albanian language. In collaboration with compatriot and colleague Eva Stathi - Misho we have managed to introduce the subject of Albanian language as an elective subject for the first time at Harvard University for all students of all levels. The subject of Albanian language will be offered throughout the year in three levels - elementary knowledge, elementary knowledge (intermediary) and advanced level (advanced) in the Department of Comparative Literature ", writes Limani.
