The clash between two families in Rrëshen, how Saimir Reçi escaped the assassination attempt

An event that occurred on March 26, 2023, in the city of Rreshen, where Marjan Marku, otherwise known as Martin Bardhi, was arrested on the same day, in this city, and was awaiting trial on the charge of 'premeditated murder' committed in remaining cooperation in the attempt as well as 'Unauthorized possession of weapons and combat ammunition'. Everything at the time was said to have started as a momentary conflict between a few people. The debate quickly ended with the use of firearms, where it was said that Erind Bardhi, and his father Martin Bardhi, as well as one of their relatives, shot with firearms at the vehicle of citizen Saimir Reçi. Fortunately, the latter was able to escape the bullets. This is also thanks to the armored car in which he was driving at that moment that saved his life by stopping at a fuel supply point.

"The prosecutor's office of the judicial district of Lezhë has registered criminal proceedings no. 156 dated March 27, 2023 against Marjan Marku (Martin Bardhi), Erind Vidal Marku (Bardhi) and Kristjan Marku. In this reference, the police officer declares that on March 26, 2023, at around 19.00, the operating room was notified that in the town of Rreshan, Mirdita, there were gunshots and shots were fired at a vehicle. From the first investigations, it appears that on the main promenade of the city near the bar "Filopati" 7 firearm cartridges were found, fixed and administered as material evidence. Following the examination of the scene in the western direction at the 'Kthjella' gas station, an armored vehicle type BMW 7 series license plate AA681 YT was found, which turns out to be damaged in some of its parts.

“Gjatë marrjes në pyetje Saimir Reçi ka sqaruar se përpara se të ndodhte ngjarja, ai kishte dalë me mjetin e tij në rrugën në afërsi të pallatit në të cilin banon, ku aty ka parë një automjet tip ‘Mercedes Benz’ 220, i cili drejtohej nga F.LL, djali i një punonjësi policie.  Ndërsa në sediljen e pasme, sipas tij, ishte një shtetas tjetër, i cili kishte në dorë një aparat celular.  Ai thotë se ata kanë qenë duke lëvizur me shpejtësi dhe se ai i ka ndjekur, i ka parakaluar dhe ka arritur ti ndalojë. Gjatë këtij momenti ai i ka thënë drejtuesit të mjetit të mos ecte me shpejtësi dhe të mos sillte persona të tjerë në lagje. Por ai sipas tij e ka goditur me shpullë në fytyrë dhe më pas është larguar”, thuhet në dosje.

Fill pas këtij konflikti, Saimir Reçi rrëfeu se ai u sulmua me armë zjarri në qendër të Rrëshenit. Dhe se personat që e qëlluan ishin nga familja Bardhi.

“Saimir Reçi personi që u tentua të ekzekutohej, deklaroi më pas se më datë 26 mars 2023, rreth orës 17.00-18.00 ka dalë nga banesa e tij me automjetin që ka në përdorim BMW seria 7 me targa AA 681 YT, i cili është i blinduar.

Ai ka bërë një xhiro në rrugën kryesore të qytetit, ku ka ndaluar përpara lokal ‘Filopati’, pasi kërkonte të merrte një fishë telefoni tek një dyqan që ndodhet përballë lokalit. Në momentin që ka zbritur nga mjeti të cilin e ka lënë të ndezur, ai thotë se ka parë një automjet tip Audi A8 me ngjyrë të zezë me targa TR, numrat nuk i ka fiksuar, e cila i ka dalë përpara mjetit dhe i ka bllokuar rrugën. Në këtë çast sipas tij kanë zbritur nga makina e tyre Kristian Bardhi nipi i Martinit, Martin Bardhi si dhe djali i tij Erind Bardhi të cilët janë nga fshati Ndërfushas.  Të tre këta shtetas kanë patur në duar armë zjarri pistoleta”, thuhet në dosje. Saimir Reçi shpjegoi me hollësi përpara oficerëve të policisë gjyqësore, edhe momentin kur ai u qëllua me armë.

“Martin Bardhi dhe Kristian Bardhi qëndruan përpara mjetit dhe qëlluan me armë zjarri në xhamin e parë dhe në atë të derës së drejtuesit të mjetit.

Meqë mjeti ishte i blinduar plumbat nuk depërtuan në brendësi.

Pasi qëlluan disa herë Kristjan Bardhi dhe Erind Bardhi hipën në automjetin e tyre dhe u larguan. Ndërsa Martin Bardhi u largua në këmbë në drejtim të rrugës së komisariatit të policisë”, thuhet në dosje.

Regarding the assassination of Saimir Reçi in March, F.LL, the son of the police officer, was also asked, who first had a conflict with him in the neighborhood, before the debate then degenerated into the use of a weapon. "F.LL stated that around 17:30 he left his apartment and went to the pharmacy to buy medicine for his father. Returning to the apartment, he met citizen Enrik Marku, whom he has a friend. Together they set out to go to his apartment to send the medicine. After leaving the medicine, they moved in the direction of the Cathedral street, where they confronted Saimir Reçi, who asked him to account for why he was sending other people to the neighborhood. He slapped him on the cheek while Enrik Marku intervened by physically hitting each other," the file states.

According to F.LL, another person got out of Saimir Reç's vehicle and hit Erind Bardhi. Then they left with their vehicle, while he and Erind Bardhi went to the Rrëshen hospital to receive treatment. After leaving Erindi at the hospital, he says he left for the neighborhood where he gave his personal belongings to Saimir Reç.

"Police services went to the emergency room of the hospital and communicated with the doctor. She told you that around 17:50 a citizen went there with damage to one of his eyes and bleeding from his nose.
