A young man of Albanian origin was seriously injured this evening after an attack on the "Egnatia" road near Thessaloniki.
Greek media report that Ronaldo Pecaku, 24, originally from Elbasan but born in Thessaloniki and residing in Sozopol, Halkidiki, was shot while riding a motorcycle.
It is learned that the young man was shot in the stomach, while another motorcycle that was following him opened fire on him.
Ronaldo Pecaku has a criminal record, having been arrested in July 2021 for theft and released a month ago.
