A 22-year-old man, identified as Ledion Ndoj, has been arrested by Lezha police after two days ago he injured a citizen with a firearm during a conflict over weak motives.

The injured person continues to be under the care of doctors, out of danger to his life.

"Specialists of the Serious Crimes Investigation Section, in cooperation with the services of the "Eagle" Special Force and the Special Operational Force of the Lezha Police Department, as a result of intensive checks, have arrested and handcuffed citizen LN, 22 years old, resident of Lezha.

This citizen was declared wanted after it is suspected that on 11.02.2025, at around 17:00, in the "Mother Teresa" neighborhood, during a conflict for weak motives with citizen EG, 30 years old, he injured him with a pistol firearm. The 30-year-old continues to be under the care of doctors, in a life-threatening condition," the police announced.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Lezha, for further action, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder" and "Unauthorized Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition."
