A serious incident happened in Shkodër. A person identified as Luigj Marku died after falling into a water channel. The 65-year-old man from Juban in Gurin e Zi fell into the water on the road to the village of Vukatane. Mark was on his way to sell some agricultural products in Shkodër, but suddenly, while riding his bike, he fell into the water channel on the side of the road and died.
The police force, the ambulance and the fire brigade immediately arrived at the scene to remove the dead body and transport it to the morgue of the regional hospital of Shkodra. The police are conducting investigations for the full investigation of the incident.
