Three people are arrested by the police of Shkodra after they are suspected of being drunk and shooting firearms in the air in Prek Cali square.
The arrested are Viktor Marku, 38 years old, a person with a criminal record in the field of crimes against the person and the brothers Ndok Marku, 48 years old and Leke Marku, 35 years old, all three residents of Shkodër.
Viktor Makur is a person with a criminal record in the field of crimes against the person who was arrested in 2020 after being suspected of having participated in the assassination of Sebastian Mali in Paris Municipality in Tirana, but was later released due to lack of evidence.
Police notification:

Following the investigative actions, the specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes at the Shkodër Police Station arrested the accompanying citizens, suspected of being the perpetrators of the event, specifically the citizens:
VM, 38 years old, a person with a criminal record in the field of crimes against the person and brothers NM, 48 years old and LM, 35 years old, all three residents of Shkodër.
From the investigations carried out in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, it is suspected that these citizens, in a drunken state, fired firearms in the air.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
