Roven Zeka was detained by SPAK, Lorenc Shehu is temporarily appointed Director

Following the arrest of Roven Zeka, the head of road traffic in Tirana, Lorenc Shehu has been temporarily appointed in his place.

Shehu was previously the director of the Police in Durrës.

Roven Zeka was arrested after accepting a 2,000 euro bribe from a driver who was involved in a road accident in Tirana on April 16 along with the head of the Accidents sector, Sokol Novaku.
