MoH figures: 20 victims and 847 new cases in 24 hours

20 people have lost their lives from Covid-19 in Albania.

According to the report of the Ministry of Health, after conducting 3268 tests, 847 citizens tested positive.

Currently, 609 patients are being treated in COVID hospitals in Tirana and three regional hospitals, 43 in intensive therapy, of which 10 patients are intubated.

" 320 cases in Tirana, 48 in Vlora, 46 in Shkodra, 36 in Durres, 35 in Fier, 30 in Kuçova, 26 in Saranda, 25 in Kurbin, 24 in Gjirokastra, 23 in Kavaja, out of 19 cases in Mallakastra, Përmet, from 18 cases in Kruja, Korça, 17 in Elbasan, from 13 cases in Kamza, Kolonjë, from 10 cases in Lezha, Bulqiza, from 8 cases in Berat, Pogradec, Malësi e Madhe, 7 in Kukës, from 6 cases in Mirditë, Tepelena, from 5 cases in Devoll, Lushnje, from 4 cases in Mat, Gramsh, from 3 cases in Rrogozhina, Librazhd, Memaliaj, Cerrik, from 2 cases in Has, Puka, Delvina, Vau i Dejës, Belsh, Dibër, Roskovec, Peqin, Vora, from 1 case in Tropoja, Divjaka, Shijak, Skrapar, Polican, Libohova.

In the last 24 hours 777 citizens have been cured, bringing the number of cured to 72,853 since the beginning of the epidemic.

Despite the efforts of the medical staff, 20 citizens lost the battle with COVID19: 7 citizens from Tirana, 2 citizens from Vlora, 2 citizens from Lushnja, 1 citizen from Durrës, 1 citizen from Fieri, 1 citizen from Berat, 1 citizen from Përmeti , 1 citizen from Rrogozhina, 1 citizen from Shkodra, 1 citizen from Korça, 1 citizen from Pogradec, 1 citizen from Kurbin, aged 63-85 ", reports the Ministry of Health.
