SPAK demands 491 million ALL more from the government for salaries, services and

It seems that the funds available from the government for the year 2025 are not enough for the Special Prosecutor's Office.

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, did not appear in person to ask for more money from the deputies, but sent his colleague, Alfred Shehu.

"As far as capital expenditures are concerned, we note that the additional requirements related to salaries have not been taken into consideration, but it would also be necessary to fully meet the requirements in other items ," said Shehu.

With the completion of the vetting process next year, the Special Prosecutor's Office will also take over the powers of the Public Commissioner together with the relevant staff. For this move, SPAK offers a proposal to the Ministry of Finance. "Administrative employees should be treated with the same inherited salary structure", said Shehu.

For the needs of the Special Prosecutor's Office, SP and PD jointly took care that the government does not avoid the obligations provided for in the law. Meanwhile, the democrat Oerd Bylykbashi did not hide his skepticism about increasing the powers and financial empowerment of SPAK.
