The father was killed, the three children will appear before the Durres Court

Hygerta Meta, Hysen Meta and Amarildo Meta will appear today before the Court of Durrës to familiarize themselves with the security measure, as they are accused of murdering their father Pëllumb Meta.

The event was discovered on February 23 after a complaint that the eldest son of the family, Hyseni, made about his father's disappearance. The serious details came out after the police found the dead body of the 49-year-old buried in their apartment. 

Hygerta Meta, the 19-year-old daughter, admitted that she had killed her father and then buried him in the cowshed. The reason, according to Hygerta, was the father's insistence that the girl leave school and get engaged.

Later, Hysne Meta admitted the authorship of the murder and the collaboration with the other sister and brother. HE said he had shot his father 4 times with his gun and then Hygerta had wrapped his father's body in a bag. The two brothers dug a hole where the father would be buried.

Their mother learned of the serious incident when she arrived at the apartment and after her daughter was cleaning the sofa where Pëllumbi was standing when she was killed by her son. Hyseni claimed that the mother helped them clean the place,

The family which allegedly linked Krushqi with Meta has denied such a fact. They said that Pëllumni had not agreed to Hygerta getting engaged, as he wanted her to be educated.
