An armed person opened fire on a group of 4 people of Albanian nationality in France. The serious incident took place in the Teisseire district of Grenoble last Sunday.
The shooting killed one person and injured two others, the victim's son and grandson. The victim has been identified as Ylli Bezhani, 47 years old. He received 5 bullets in his body and could not survive his wounds, even though he was taken to the hospital.
French media reported the first details from the scene and police investigations, noting that the victim's 24-year-old son and 21-year-old grandson were seriously injured and are being treated at the city hospital.
The incident happened shortly before 20:00, in a quiet area of the city, about 100 meters away from the intersection with Avenue Paul-Cocat.
The author of the attack still remains unidentified, as well as the motives of the serious incident. It is believed that there was a clash between the two groups, but all possible leads are being verified, including those related to illegal businesses.
