In the file provided to BalkanWeb by the journalist Igli Çelmeta, the citizen Voltan Shkulaku, who had rented the bar in question, claimed in his testimony to the police that he had not seen anything if the victim and the perpetrator were busy.

When I entered the toilet, I noticed that he had vomited there. I cleaned the toilet and the bar and closed the bar. I was there when the police came. He was alone when he came to my bar. There was no debate or conflict. He stayed for a short time, after drinking half of the beer, he got up and went to the bathroom. He is not busy with anyone there.
