It is finalized by Police Station No. 4, police operation codenamed "Explosion". A 46-year-old man and a 16-year-old man were identified, caught and handcuffed.

The 46-year-old is suspected of having pushed the 16-year-old, offering him a sum of money, for placing the amount of explosives, the explosion of which only caused material damage.

A bicycle used by the 16-year-old, suspected to have been stolen before, clothing he used during the placement of the explosives and a weapon mechanism were seized.

Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Station No. 4, in cooperation with Police Station No. 5 and that of Himara, following the work for clarifying and documenting the event that occurred on 25.05.2023, in a fashion store on "Fadil Deliu" street, based on the information provided by the information intelligence, they have successfully organized and finalized police operation codenamed "Explosion".

As a result of this operation, the EA citizen, 46 years old, and a 16-year-old citizen were arrested.
