Not only Charles McGongal, but also another former agent Mark Rossini has business in Albania. Earlier it was revealed that McGongal is the administrator of the law firm called "Law Office and Investigation" with 25% of the shares. Mark Rossini is also a shareholder in this law firm.
The latter is a former FBI agent who played a major role in trying to track down al-Qaeda before its attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001. TMP writes that it remains unclear the object of law office and how McGonigal might have met Rossini.

Pra, si përfundoi Rossini partner në një kompani shqiptare? Dhe si u bë McGonigal nga një agjent i lartë i FBI-së në një partner në të njëjtën firmë si Rossini? Mbetet e paqartë kur Rossini u përfshi si aksioner në firmë.
Vitet e fundit edhe Rossini ka filluar të flasë për Shqipërinë. Konkretisht, Rossini ka mbajtur qëndrime pro Ramës.
“Law Office and Investigation” është një kompani e regjistruar në vitin 2008 nga Shefqet Dizdari, një avokat nga Tropoja, i cili në 2019 ai i ka shitur aksione ish-zyrtarit të lartë të FBI Mc Gonigal, Agron Nezës dhe një shtetasi tjetër të huaj, me emrin Mark Thomas Rossini.
