Dua Lipa has been rumored for weeks to be in a secret romance with director Romain Gavras. They were photographed leaving the BAFTA awards party in London a while ago, as sources close to them claimed that the pair have known each other for some time.
"They met from close social circles with each other during the end of the year period and have a lot in common. Dua knows how important it is to find someone who understands her job. She feels that Romain understands her completely. They are both really creative people ," a source told The Sun.
It looks like Dua has recently confirmed her romance on Instagram by sharing a picture with the director with her followers. In the photo posted by her, Dua Lipa's hand can be seen holding a Polaroid where she can be seen laughing with the French director in the studio. Dua did not write anything next to the photo but accompanied it with a heart emoji. Dua has been single since her split from model Anwar Hadid in 2021. Grivas, on the other hand, has been in a relationship with Rita Ora from whom he split in March 2021. When Ora split from Grivas, his rep said to the media that there had been "difficulties with their respective commitments" and they remained "close friends".
The two singers have often been compared and rumored since Lipa broke into the world music industry in 2016. Neither has publicly confirmed rumors that they are not on good terms together, which grew further when another of her ex-boyfriends Ores, Calvin Harris, collaborated with Lipa on the song "One Kiss" in 2018.
