"The administration voted for the citizens", Arjan Hoxha: We did not

The former candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition for the Municipality of Kamza, Arjan Hoxha, said that his loss in this municipality came as a result of the electronic voting machine.

In an interview for "Panorama TV", Hoxha said that for citizens, he voted for administrations and operators, and according to him, a person with an identity card could vote in 10 different centers.

He added that the CEC has not provided the opposition with clear images that prove vote theft.

"The result was not expected, as all polls, both leftist and independent, showed our lead. This result is unpredictable even from the political opponent. Absolutely no one perceived that 21,000 votes would be overturned in a period of one and a half years. Of the 70% that were DP, the opposite happened, that 70% went to SP. We didn't foresee the criminal voting machine."

"This happens only in one way, without excluding other forms of seduction, intimidation, electoral rigging, etc. But the essential factor that no political analyst can explain, cannot justify without a statistical anomaly. I have lost vote, which only electronics, only electronic programming, can make possible."

"I only feel indebted to the vast majority who voted for me for one thing. In terms of the implementation of electronic voting in Kamza, Kamza was selected without any kind of procedure. This is really an impossible mission. The mission is achieved with votes, not with technology and computers."

"The CEC has not made any of the facts and documents available to me, so that I could convince the public opinion that Kamza is like a rigged match with a concrete result. A person could vote with 10 different identity cards in different voting centers. These they are not accusations."

The only response from these requests is that fragments have been made available to us, but those images do not clearly show everything. We have made public to Albanians that the administration is actively involved by voting itself. The operator and the commissioner vote for the citizens. The operator votes for the voters. "

"We will ask for the process to be declared invalid and a re-vote. In order to implement an electronic vote, both sides must be asked. We have not been asked at all whether electronic voting should be implemented or not. None of the committee members or our observers have been trained."

"The date of the elections has been set for us. We won it with the votes of Kamza, but we did not win it in front of the electoral machinery. We registered in additional minutes in the elections. We could not file a complaint when we were not yet a party to the process," he said. Hoxha", said Hoxha.
