The vice president of the Municipal Council of Tirana, Dorian Teliti, who was part of the protest against the thefts that are happening in the municipality by the directors headed by Erion Veliajn, has stated that SPAK is not performing its duty to clarify the thefts and punish the perpetrators.

SPAK should call to mind and open its eyes because the citizens know the truth and are not bringing to justice the real perpetrators of the theft of the century with incinerators.
