Covid-19 in the country: Two victims and 95 infected citizens

Two people have lost their lives from Covid-19 in our country in the last 24 hours.

The Ministry of Health informs that out of 1,289 tests, 95 citizens have been infected. Currently 45 patients are being treated in COVID hospitals, of which 7 are in a more serious condition.

"We inform you about the situation in the last 24 hours, as follows: 1,289 tests were performed, of which were positive with COVID19, 95 citizens, in the following municipalities: 37 in Tirana, 9 in Saranda, 4 in Fier, 3 in Shkodra , Mirditë, Berat, Skrapar, 2 in Lezhë, Kurbin, Durrës, Rroskovec, Lushnje, Vlorë, Gjirokastër, Devoll, Kolonjë, Gramsh, 1 in Kukës, Has, Tropojë, Kamëz, Patos, Divjakë, Mallakastër, Delvinë, Përmet, Tepelena , Kuçovë, Poliçan, Elbasan.

There are 1,747 active COVID19 patients nationwide.

Currently 45 patients are being treated in COVID hospitals, of which 7 are in a more serious condition. In the last 24 hours, despite the efforts of the medical staff, there are two loss of life with SARS-COV2 positive: a 64-year-old citizen from Tirana and an 84-year-old citizen from Shkodra.

"396 citizens have been cured in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of cured to 266,697 since the beginning of the epidemic," the ministry announced.
