The Police Services, based on police intelligence that three citizens had taken a citizen hostage and were moving to the beach area, in the direction of Shkozet, with a vehicle, organized the work and thanks to the timely response located and stopped the suspect vehicle.

The check showed that there were 4 citizens in the vehicle, one of whom was taken hostage by the other 3 citizens.

From the first investigative actions, it turned out that the BH citizen was taken and held against his will, in the "BMË X5" type vehicle, by the citizens IK, 27 years old, resident of Paskuqan, Tirana, GC, 26 years old, resident of district no. 13 , Durrës and JD, 29 years old, living in neighborhood no. 14 Shkozet, Durrës.

These three nationals were threatening the BH national to give him the sum of £6,000, which the IK national claimed he owed the BH national, in a drug case at a time when both of these nationals were serving drug sentences in the British state , in the same prison cell.

At the end of the first investigative actions, citizens IK, GC and JD were arrested in flagrante delicto, and the materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty" and "Coercion by means of threats or violence" for the provision of property", carried out in cooperation.
