The work of the Sector for the Investigation of Cybercrimes in DVP Tirana continues, for the attack and documentation of cases of online harassment and any cybercrime.

62 cases of online stalking, committed by a 34-year-old man, who is serving a sentence in a French prison, are revealed and documented.

Specialists of the Sector for the Investigation of Cybercrimes at the DVP Tirana, following the work to combat cybercrimes, after the reports filed by several citizens, for cases of online harassment in social networks, have organized the work for the complete documentation of this criminal activity .

During the investigations carried out, sufficient evidence was provided to create the suspicion that the citizen FD, 34 years old, who is currently serving a sentence in a prison in France for the criminal offenses "Theft with serious consequences" and "Criminal conspiracy", provided for by the Criminal Code French, has consumed the criminal offenses "Computer forgery",

"Interference in computer data", "Stalking", and "Unjust interference in private life", provided by articles 86/a, 121, 121/a, 293/b ​​of the Criminal Code.

After the identification of the computer interceptions that pulsated from the "Lyon Cobras" prison in France, it cooperated with Interpol Tirana and the French authorities and a search was carried out in the cell where the citizen FD is located, and during the search the mobile device that this citizen used for criminal activity.

From the investigative actions carried out, it was found that the 34-year-old intervened in the profiles of social networks (mainly Tik Tok and Instagram) of various citizens and after taking photos from their profiles, published them in fake profiles created by him, set derogatory descriptions. The author then blackmailed these citizens, asking for intimate photos and videos in exchange for the deletion of the materials published by him.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office.
