The national television "Top Channel" was sold in January of this year.
The documents of the agreement between the shareholders of TCH and the company "Western Media Conglomerate Investments LTD", were provided by CNA.al.
The documents show that the decision was signed by members of the Hoxha family: signed Vjollca Hoxha, Lorela Hoxha, Sara Hoxha, Itan Hoxha and Redia Hoxha. The shareholders have reached an agreement on the sale of shares in the amount of 9 million euros.
