Journalist Klodian Tomorri has commented on the scandal of the director of the School of Magistrates, Arben Rakipi, saying that it resembles the '5D' scene of the arrested directors of the Municipality of Tirana.
Tomorri said on Syri TV that after the scandal surrounding the student exam for admission to the magistracy, Rakipi should have resigned.
The journalist also highlighted the fact that there was a well-thought-out plan to capture the justice system over the next 30-50 years, in order to have it under control.
"They have turned the justice system into a stinking swamp, it stinks. They have turned it into nepotism that violates every law and norm of a law they made themselves. Rakipi was caught with the magistrate exam, a crime that from afar looks like petty corruption...
An academic who is caught in corruption has no connection to the academic world. He should have resigned with the magistrate scandal. They manipulated him to take that exam, they forced him to do it by these people who put him there.
It is a projection to capture justice for 30-50 years, to have justice under control. After this scandal broke, Rakipi not only did not leave but it was revealed that he does business and makes money, he is essentially 5D, who traffics in influence.
"As a key person in the system, I also run a law firm. Why is there no reaction from institutions or people in this country?! This guy was caught off guard and should have been removed from office an hour ago. When scandals happen, they had a council, now they act as if nothing happened, because it's cemented and closed," he said.
