Is the EU preparing for war? European citizens keep three days of food reserves

The European Union appears to be preparing for war, as every citizen of the union countries must learn to keep enough food reserves for at least 3 days.

Reserves should be kept for emergencies and war, so that everyone is able to survive the first few days of a sudden interruption in supplies.

This advice is part of a new strategy that was presented this Wednesday in Brussels by the Executive Vice-President of the European Commission, Roxana Minzatu, entitled "Union on standby".

The 17-page strategy is expected to require citizens to have, in addition to food, sufficient medicines, water, fuel or other means for heating and cooking in case of a sudden blockage of supplies of the most vital items.

The strategy was drafted in a situation where the European Union fears the spread of the Russian war in Ukraine to the territory of member states.
