The weather in Italy is 'crazy'. The tornado blows umbrellas and deck

A strong storm has hit northern Italy. As reported, the bad weather has affected the Piedmont and Lombardy regions the most. During the storm, a man was lost near Turin and, due to the flooding of the river, a bridge collapsed.

The water has flooded the streets of Turin, Val di Susa and Val Cisonea. The Gerardo River has burst its banks, collapsing a bridge in the village of Giordani. According to the first information, about twenty people have been isolated in Kombe village. The river also burst its banks in the city of Busoleno, interrupting traffic on the state road, which isolated about thirty people.

Near Turin, a 58-year-old man has disappeared after the tractor he was traveling in was swept away by the river. Firefighters are looking for him, but bad weather is making the search/rescue mission difficult. Heavy rain with strong winds, albeit brief, also hit Bari, causing flooding and traffic disruptions. The downtown underpass and the railroad underpass are flooded and closed to traffic. Lightning caused several minutes of power outages in the city center.

In Venice, the tides have caused problems again and St. Mark's Square is under water, while the Mose dike system has not been activated, so the alarm sirens have gone off. In addition, citizens have also received SMS messages to warn about the risk of flooding. The continuous rains in Milan have caused the level of some rivers to rise. The Lambro River has reached 2.60 meters and therefore two homes for the elderly have been evacuated. The Ponte Lambro neighborhood is flooded.

Firefighters intervened to rescue people in several vehicles that were stuck in a flooded underpass. Winds of over 100 km/h in Genoa and torrential rain in Ligurian have brought down trees and billboards. Many areas have been flooded. In Tuscany, a tornado has been filmed taking away beach beds and sun umbrellas.
