Democratic leader Sali Berisha presented the candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition, Adil Xhelili, in Libohova.

In his speech, Berisha denounced the relationship between the Minister of Environment, Mirela Kumbaro, and Elira Kokona, Deputy General Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office. Berisha said that Kokona, who in parallel with her post in the Prime Minister also performed her work as a lawyer, organized the tenders according to the Kumbaro standard.

Berisha stated that Kokna represented in Strasbourg and in the Court of Tirana, those clients who had sued the state. According to the chief democrat, he shared the money he received from these clients with Minister Kumbaro and other government officials.

"Ms. Kumbaro, this lady, as you know, has a full file. I assure you that that file will follow you all  your life . Because she has terribly abused tenders in the Ministry of Culture. A lady named Elira Kokona held the position of General Secretary until she gave it to Edi Rama. At a time when he was organizing all the tenders in the Ministry of Culture according to the minister's standards, he was the lawyer in Strasbourg and in the Court of Tirana, for clients who had sued the state.

Now what was happening? Of course, as a lawyer, the money she received from clients who had sued the state in Strasbourg, the money she received from clients in the Court of Tirana, she shared with the minister and the governors.
