Berisha: Even the internationals admitted that the elections were a farce

The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, during his speech with the political leaders of the districts, said that even the internationals have admitted that the elections were a farce.

Berisha said that a parliament with a mandate on crime will never be accepted.

Excerpts from the speech of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha:

We have done everything for an honest electoral process.

You have heard, and I ask you again, until the last moment, the law, the law and only the law.

We are a party of the rule of law, we do not back down.

But we never, mandate on crime, accept that it would be the greatest betrayal to this nation and to this country.

Anyone who thinks that we are not right, we invite them to get acquainted with the documents.

Anyone who thinks that the opposition, an incorrigible leftist in Strasbourg told me, told me that he is trying to delegitimize Edi Rama. This was a friend of Ilir Meta, this leftist.

When I told him about Ilir Meta's procrastination and hitting, I told him yes you have this friend, but he delegitimizes himself.

Anyone who thinks they can sell electoral crime to Albanians for legitimacy, half a million Albanians will demand justice for the electoral process.

What they did with the diaspora vote is even uglier.

Prefilled by a hand, by a pen, by a box.

What comes out there is beyond any kind of imagination.

90 percent vote, as in North Korea, for the SP. Etc, etc.

So, the mission is today more vital than ever and we will fulfill our mission.

I have great confidence that the attitude towards these elections, both of Albanians and of the international community, will be based on the evaluation of international principles and the electoral code of Albania.

The observers, Ambassador Zanieri, the representative of the European Parliament, coordinator Gahler, other representatives, spoke to him. Even the two commissioners, in diplomatic language, de facto fully admitted that in the elections the electoral state clashed with the political party, but that at these moments, the elections are an electoral farce.
