Berisha publishes video: Votes that were invalid are counted as valid for the SP

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has published a message from a citizen, according to whom invalid votes are being counted as valid for the SP candidate.

Through a post on "Facebook", Berisha writes that the electoral farce continues.

"The electoral farce continues! Votes that were invalid are being counted as valid for the SP candidate! Read the digital citizen's message and watch the video. Votes that were invalid have been entered for the SP candidates," Berisha writes.
