DP representative at the CEC: SP votes in the diaspora, filled by the same hand

The representative of the Democratic Party in the Central Election Commission, Franc Nuri, raised strong accusations of vote manipulation by the Socialist Party, during an interview on "SYRI TV" with moderator Armela Ferko.

According to Nuri, all Socialist Party votes counted by the diaspora bear the same markings, as they were “filled in by the same hand,” as evidenced by the identical way the cross is placed on each ballot. He stressed that the change in color on some ballots is another red flag that, according to him, raises serious suspicions of votes imported from outside the polling stations.

"The element of color is essential. The ballot paper has a color and weight determined by the CEC. The lack of these elements suggests that ballots may have been inserted from outside. We are requesting that the cameras be viewed to truly verify what happened at the polling stations during the day," said Nuri.

He also raised suspicions about the application of the scheme known as the "Bulgarian train", where a valid ballot is used in a coordinated manner against payment, to manipulate the voting in the chain. Nuri said that in some voting centers in Tirana, poorly folded ballots were found, placed one after the other, strengthening suspicions of ballot box stuffing.

Among other things, Nuri emphasized that from observations at the Olympic Park, where the diaspora votes are being counted, it is noted that the majority of SP votes do not have the cross in the party's logo, but only in the candidates. According to him, this indicates an unusual phenomenon, which raises questions about the authenticity of the voters' will.

"The results that are emerging from the counting are not being accompanied with enthusiasm by those who are winning them, because even they themselves know what happened. Our suspicions are based on visual evidence, security elements and the way the vote was completed," concluded the DP representative at the CEC.
