193 convicts voted from Durrës prison, out of 195 who were registered on the voter list.
The vote has confirmed that Durres prison is a "bastion" of the Socialist Party, knowing that Rama's former supporters are serving their sentences there.
The mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, former MP Alqi Bllako, former MP Jurgis Çyrbja, and former ministers Lefter Koka and Ilir Beqaj voted from Durrës prison.
