"Toyota Yaris" file/ SPAK demands 6 years in prison for lawyer Radovan

In today's session at the GJKKO, SPAK prosecutor Klodian Braho read the final conclusions for lawyer Radovan Çela.

He has been charged with the criminal offenses of "Exercising unlawful influence over persons exercising public functions", committed 5 times, in collaboration 4 times, as well as "Active corruption of judges, prosecutors and other justice officials", committed 2 times, 1 time in collaboration.

The Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) in its claim requests a 6-year prison sentence for lawyer Radovan Çela, whose sentence was reduced to 4 years in prison due to the summary trial.

According to the prosecution, Radovan Çela is suspected of offering illegal benefits to influence the decision-making of justice officials. In the next session, Çela's legal defense will provide final conclusions and then the court will issue a verdict.

Radovan Çela had been wanted since July of last year, and turned himself in on March 5 of this year at the Tirana Police Department.
