After the victory of the Democratic Party in Mirdita in the May 11 elections, the mayor of Mirdita, Albert Mëlyshi, reacted.

In a statement, Mëlyshi expressed gratitude to the citizens of Mirditë, appreciating their calm, prudence, and dedication during the electoral process.

"Gratitude and thanks to all of you citizens of Mirdita, for the prudence, calmness and appreciation you showed in the May 11 elections. Your will was clearly expressed and with such care and dedication will also be our responsibility ," said Mëlyshi.

He also thanked all the candidates of Lezha District, especially those of Mirdita, for a model and civic campaign.

"I hope that your will is well reflected in the investments that Mirdita needs," the mayor concluded his statement.
