Our Putin!

For anyone who doubts what happened in Albania on May 11, there is only one answer, "camouflaged Putinism", even much worse than Putinism.

In Tirana, citizens saw a herd of patronage agents running like rabbits when they risked their manipulations being discovered. The same ones were caught in the Karbunarë of Lushnja, Vlora, etc., but how many hundreds and thousands of state officials turned into patronage agents have gone undetected?!

The two districts where the result is so deeply in favor of the Renaissance and the Borats that even the candidates of the opposition's closed list were left out of parliament, Fier and Elbasan, are known for the dominance of gangs and their involvement in politics.

This is precisely the reason why I call Boratism worse than Putinism.

In Russia, it is an openly dictatorial state, where the political class has taken over everything and rules with an iron fist. In Albania, an amalgam has been created between the state, crime, the media, business connected to politics and drug trafficking. It is like a multi-headed cobra, which has just established a frightening electoral hegemony.

By tolerating the Borats, the Albanians recreated their dictatorship. The words of the great Fan Noli, “He found the Sultan again, He hasn't slept since he lost him,” seem so relevant today.

Borat has just violently extorted from Albanians the mandate to govern for 16 years.

Enough time to turn into a second Enver.

The one that Albanians had been looking for for 40 years.
