Diaspora votes 'go' to KAS, Logu: We will not allow bags filled by

The Appeals and Sanctions Commission held a session to review the appeal of the Socialist Party, which seeks to overturn the decision of the State Election Commissioner (SEC) on the administration of ballots from abroad.

The legal representative of the DP, Marash Logu, stated in the session that the DP-ASHM will not allow the counting of ballots that have not been collected in accordance with the law.

"The SP is clear that the DP-ASHM will not allow any envelope coming from Greece to be counted, until it is proven that it was personally received by the voter. When this is proven, let it be counted, let it be evaluated. We will not allow bags filled with SP patronage supporters to be counted, even if it is the only thing we are committed to at this stage during the counting of the diaspora vote," said Logu.
