Lapaj reacts after securing 1 mandate: I will make you curse yourself

The "Initiative-Albania Becomes" coalition is currently ranked the third political force in the country.

These votes were converted into just one mandate for the coalition led by Adriatik Lapaj, thanks to the electoral law in force.

Although he secured 3.51% of the vote, Lapaj only received one mandate as a member of parliament. 

Through a post on the social network Facebook, he reacted in revolt after harshly lashing out at critics of his sole mandate. 

"It's not 1 mandate, it's the most voted mandate in the history of the Albanian transition that exposes the Albanian electoral system. That mandate will be so much admired that like a hornet in a pot, it will make you curse yourself ," Lapaj writes.
