In the Dibër District, 193 out of a total of 222 ballot boxes for preferential candidates have been counted so far.

The mandates in this district will be divided between the Socialist Party, which has secured 3 deputies, and the DP-ASHM, which has received 2.

From the closed list of the SP, Blendi Klosi and Alma Selmani are part of the new Parliament, while from the open list, Agron Malaj has secured the most votes, 12,492, with a significant difference from the other candidates.
